My heart's desire is to help people in change processes and in their personal development. I consider it vital to put the people and the WHY in the centre of transformations, and thus enable business success and growth.
Professional Background
I work as a consultant, trainer and coach for companies with complex products, in Germany, the US (California) and Asia (especially China). I worked for four years as a journalist and 15 years in leading positions in global companies in energy, electronics and other fields, including over 9 years as a consultant and coach for executives and leaders in business and politics.
